This project represents a transformative journey from technical still life paintings to deeply personal explorations of heritage and identity. Showcasing a series of artworks inspired by experiences of Korean heritage and the challenges faced during the immigration process, the collection delves into themes of marginalization, cultural connection, and self-perception. The pieces reflect moments of personal and cultural significance, such as making Kimchi with a partner, while also addressing broader questions of identity and belonging.
